What is an integrated supplier?
With an integrated supplier, you enjoy all the automated benefits our app has to offer, including integration with your account at your chosen supplier. Note that you do need an account with the supplier here. You can easily request this from your desired supplier.
Payment for products goes through your account with the supplier. This is often through automatic debit.
Does the app work exactly the same on all platforms?
Yes, our dropshipping app works exactly the same for every platform. Keep in mind that with Prestashop and WooCommerce you depend on your own hosting. With Shopify, this is included in your Shopify plan.
How long does it take for the link to appear on my webshop?
In Shopify you can download the app to start dropshipping. You can start immediately after downloading. Via WooCommerce and Prestashop we install the link within 1 to 2 working days. After your registration, we will send you an email with short instructions, so that we can get started for you as soon as possible.

Can the link be canceled monthly?
Yes, of course. The link can be canceled at any time and from the moment of cancellation you will no longer receive invoices, provided there are no more outstanding accounts. You can cancel by sending an email to email@example.com.
