Customer Success Specialist
Help our customers succeed with their stores. You are the first point of contact for thousands of GOGETTERS users.

What you'll do
- Support customers by email, social media and phone
- Work with the developers to solve customer issues quickly
- Create, manage and follow up support tickets
- Improve our help center based on customer questions
- Manage and improve aftersales
What you bring
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Shopify and/or WooCommerce is a plus
- A bachelor's degree (HBO) level or equivalent
- Result-driven, eager to learn and a strong sense of responsibility
- Available for at least 32 hours a week
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

Who you are
You study e-commerce or communication, your Dutch is excellent, and you dare to share ideas and take initiative.
What you'll do
You answer emails and support tickets from our app users. You can also make sales calls, so you are comfortable on the phone. On top of that you write blogs, build web pages and create social media posts.
