With the GOGETTERS app you easily connect European dropshipping suppliers to your Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or CCV-shop environment. With more than 2500 active users, we are looking for an enthusiastic customer success specialist to support our customers in their e-commerce adventure!

What will you do?

• Support customers via email, social media and phone

• Collaborate with developers to resolve customer issues quickly

• Create, manage and track support tickets

• Improve our help desk based on customer inquiries

• Manage and optimize after-sales

What do you bring?

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant work experience

• Experience with Shopify and/or WooCommerce is a plus

• HBO working and thinking level

• Results-oriented, eager to learn and a great sense of responsibility.

• Availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week.

• You are communicatively strong, both in European and English.
