We recommend registering with the Chamber of Commerce. But if you do not yet have a KVK number, you can temporarily enter NONE in the app until you receive your KVK number.

We depend entirely on the information that the suppliers give us. But in almost all cases you get a product including product photos, full descriptions, SKUs, stocks, tags and titles. Below is an example of what a product might look like on your webshop.

Yes, you can always add multiple suppliers to one webshop. The number depends on which plan you have chosen. For the exact number of suppliers, see our pricing page.

You can install the app for free from the Shopify App Store. Click here to go to our app listing.

Setting up GOGETTERS on your WooCommerce web shop is easy, just follow these steps:

1. Download our WooCommerce plugin here.

2. Log in to your WordPress account.

3. Select "Plugins" and click "Add New.

4. Choose 'Upload Plugin' and add the zip file you downloaded in step #1.

5. Select "Activate Plugin.

6. Then click on "GOGETTERS" in the left toolbar.

7. Click this and select "Connect to GOGETTERS" if you want to set up a new GOGETTERS account.

8. Then click Portal and open your the GOGETTERS app in a new window.

9. Fill in your company details and you're good to go!

If you are a Van der Meer customer and start dropshipping, you will need FTP data, which you can request easily and free of charge from Van der Meer customer service. You then enter this data into our app so we can process your orders quickly.

The link can be cancelled at any time. Please note that we cannot cancel your link if there are still outstanding invoices in your account. Once all invoices are paid, we'll stop the link immediately. Do you want to cancel? Please email us at [email protected].

Images are always imported last, so an import is probably still running. If this is not the case, please feel free to send a message to our support with some examples of the products with missing images.

It may be that if you have a minimum stock of 3, a large number of products will not be imported because they have a stock less than 3. If this is not the case and you are still missing products: please feel free to send a message to our support with some examples of the missing products. That way we can help you as soon as possible and make sure everything is working properly.

Always be the first to check the points below when this happens! 1. Check if the customer has filled in his data correctly. (For example: if the customer has not entered his house number, the order will not go through)

2. Is the product still in stock at the wholesaler?

3. Did you fill out your banking information at wholesale?
