Is the app cancelable monthly?

Yes, the app is cancelable monthly!

We strive to make your choice as flexible and easy as possible, so you can decide at your own pace what's best for you!

Can I also use the GOGETTERS app for free?

Yes, you can! We have a free subscription that gives you full access to all features. You will then have free access to our one-click suppliers, with a maximum of 50 products.

Does the app work the same on all platforms?

Yes, our dropshipping app works exactly the same for each platform. Just keep in mind that with Prestashop and WooCommerce, you are dependent on your own hosting. In Shopify, this is included in your Shopify subscription.

Is it also possible for me to link my own supplier to your app?

If your desired supplier is not yet integrated, it is often possible to connect it. There is also the option to keep a supplier exclusively for you, however, this will incur a one-time fee. Your personalized supplier will then be visible in your personal portal, giving you full access to the functionalities of the GOGETTERS app. For further information, we kindly ask you to contact our support department.
